Figure 14.20: This illustration shows the step wise manner in which a grid is kriged using Bayesian Kriging in conjunction with stochastic simulation. Grid cells containing hard data are defined, cells containing soft data are evaluated, and finally cells with no information are kriged. To krige the cells with no data, a random starting location is selected, and as a cell is kriged, the next undefined cell is randomly selected. This process is continued until all grid cells have been visited.
