A New Option - Zonal Kriging

Using Zonal Kriging, it is possible to efficiently and correctly handle non-stationarity issues within the model grid. Only one calculation needs to be made for each grid location, and several different zonal boundary types can be handled.

Sharp:

Data across a boundary has no relation to the point being estimated. This would be expected across an unconformity.

Gradational:

Data spatial characteristics gradually vary from one zone to the next.

Fuzzy:

Data spatial characteristics gradually vary from one zone to the next, but only over some narrow border region.
